All About Me Booklet
Getting to know your students at the start of the year is so important! I made this free “All About Me” printable booklet to help kids share a little bit about themselves while practicing early writing and drawing skills. It’s simple and perfect for those first few days in the classroom.
The booklet can be printed two pages per sheet to create a compact mini-book or as single pages if you prefer. I printed mine as two pages per sheet and then simply stapled the pages together.
The entire booklet also comes in a version where students can focus on drawing and coloring. A British English version is included as well, with only the spelling difference: favourite instead of favorite.
Cover Page
The cover page includes space for students to write their name and draw a self-portrait. I included a face template for students who need a little guidance as well as a blank option for those who want to draw themselves freely. You can also print out photos of students and attach them to the cover!
Name
On this page, students can write their name and note how many letters it has. It’s a simple way to practice writing while also introducing basic letter counting skills.
Age
Students write their age and draw the corresponding number of candles.
Favorite Color
Students can write and illustrate their favorite color. There’s also an option for students who have more than one favorite color.
Favorite Animal
Yup, his favorite animal is a turtle!
Favorite Book
In case you’re wondering, Explore is actually a facts book!
Favorite Toy
I thought he would choose a car but he surprised me and picked the MRT train! It’s always fun to see the unexpected choices and learn more about their interests.
This is just a glimpse of the booklet! There are 34 pages in total, including a version focused on drawing and coloring. These are the pages I chose to use but you can pick and choose any pages that work best for your classroom.
